Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.

As an Executive Function (EF) coach and academic counselor, I help individuals develop the skills and strategies needed to function more effectively in their daily lives, whether at school, work, or home.

My typical client has ADHD or dyslexia and is experiencing EF skills-based challenges, including goal-directed persistence, starting and completing tasks, regulating emotions, and managing their time effectively. My clients are typically frustrated about the discrepancies between what they can and cannot do, which is why strengths-based coaching is so effective in helping individuals discover their needs and achieve personally meaningful goals.

During our coaching sessions, I use observation, interviews, and formal assessments to help my clients identify specific goals for their EF improvement. This might include adapting realistic methods for planning, breaking tasks into manageable steps, creating routines, and using tools like calendars or planners effectively. Then, I work with clients to stay motivated and adapt new strategies and approaches over time. My passion for coaching lies in the belief that cultivating a personalized system will entice learning and equip you with a fundamental awareness of how to achieve your goals.
